What will it take to make you lose weight?

What does it mean for you to stay the weight you are?

Or let me ask it this way,

What will it take for your start losing weight?

This is an interesting question.  What will it take to make that leap into losing the weight that is dragging you down?  Let’s face it, it is a decision that you need to make otherwise another diet will just become another unsuccessful tick on your list.

 

So why do you not look the way you so badly want to?  Let’s look at a few reasons:

You hate doing exercise – well don’t, just get moving a bit more than usual You don’t want to weigh my food – you don’t have to You have a medical condition – careful this is sometimes an excuse

There are many reasons but all of them can be worked on or overcome.

Why do you want to lose weight?

Look good on the beach Do you look “fat” in pictures? Fit into that little Black Number at your Christmas party Get rid of the double chin and look good on photo’s Stop waddling when you are walking Feel energetic and alive!!!
